I had a couple of clear nights in a row, the weather patterns must be changing. The has been a horrible summer for astrophotography. I started M45 & NGC 457 on Aug 15,2013 & was just able to finish both on Sept 5.
M45 The Pleiades Cluster
I waited until about 2am both nights to capture this.

Great Images Chuck! Glad the weather has finally turned for you. I love NGC 457, such a beautiful star field, I can see why ET called home.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jeff! ET was kind of a fill in until I could image the Pleiades at 2am. I'll try M45 again with my 102mm later in the fall
